What are you going to do:
YoungCapital UK are currently looking for a Full Time Van Driver for our client based in Coventry. The company remove and deliver floor mats to large companies across the Coventry and Midlands area. Your role would be working with a driver's mate, driving the van to the collection locations, and helping to remove, lift and load floor mats into the lorry. Please be aware that due to the companies' vehicle insurance, you must have held a UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months (with no more than 6 points) and be over the age of 23.
Your main duties are below:
- Driving a van safely to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction to represent the company in the best way possible.
- Maintain a clean van area.
- Generally, you will arrive at a customer site, take up floor mats and bring them back to the warehouse. This will involve some heavy lifting, so please be aware of that.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 06:00 to finish (around 8/9 hours per day) Sometimes, you will be required to start work early, so must be able to start from 04:30am at the earliest for this role.
Rate of pay:
- £10.50 per hour
This is an ongoing role, and there are opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidate.
