Customer Success Apprentice (Intern) in London

About the role

We are looking for motivated and talented individuals to join our team. The goal is to develop a career in delivering world-class customer support. The trainee/intern will be working closely with the Head of Operations to learn how to manage concrete data, deliverables, and checkpoints that build their knowledge in working with our process and our clients. We are looking for a candidate who is happy to join us for 3 months with 20 working hours per week.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate and assist the onboarding process
  • Review, update reports and verify our daily sign-ups
  • Keep up-to-date key user information to ensure the user journey accordingly to our Customer Success process (Industry, Contact Person, Size, Position stages)
  • Update our CRM database and make sure that customer data is accurate and reliable.
  • Use our software stack to control the process from the initial activation, through to emails onboarding campaigns, and keep track of updates in their stage (CRM and campaign)

About you

  • Proficient in Google Products (Drive, Sheets)
  • Experience in data gathering and cleansing
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to identify customer issues and collaborate with colleagues to resolve them
  • Ability to review, identify, and report issues to
  • Ability to communicate problems that can affect the established process or compromised the customer satisfaction
  • Ability to organize and prioritize to ensure delivery of the workload
  • Capable of building strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Keen interest in HRTech / AI industry
  • Experience with CRM
  • Experience in onboarding new customers into a business
  • Experience with email campaigns solutions
