Brand Ambassador in London
Kinetic are one of the largest UK Distributors of Natural & Organic Products and are currently looking for experienced Beauty Consultants, to join our Brand Ambassador team. Our in-store Brand Ambassadors are an intrinsic part of our operations, driving sales through our retail partners around the UK. We are looking for enthusiastic, well presented, pro-active and knowledgeable in-store brand advisers to represent our top brands Antipodes, Jason, Avalon and Giovanni. You will work on a part-time or full-time basis with some of London's most well-known luxury department stores, pharmacies and health food stores. We are seeking those with strong sales skills, who have had experience working as beauty consultants or skincare advisers within this environment.
What are you going to do:
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
· To build a good relationship with the stores you will be placed in, as they will come to recognise you as our brand representative.
· To keep the shelves presentable and report back with any testers that need replacing.
· To be well presented, friendly and approachable during every shift.
· To stay informed of the brand, all its products and USP’s and to properly advise customers.
· To cross-sell products and, where relevant, use gift-with-purchase promotions to push sales.
· To be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
· To have merchandise skills and follow the brands planograms.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
· A driven and energetic personality.
· Previous experience working as a Beauty Consultant or Skincare Adviser.
· Excellent communication skills and merchandise skills.
· To have an interest in healthy lifestyles and natural/organic products is essential.
· To have an awareness of our brand & competitors on the market.
