Community Mental Health Staff Nurses Band 5 (RMN essential)
An opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Mental Health Nurses within the Grade 5 accommodation for people leaving hospital to continue their recovery journey in a step down facility in South West Locality .
Applications are invited from innovative, highly motivated nurses to join this established multi-disciplinary team. Excellent assessment, care planning and communication skills are essential and the candidate will be required to liaise and work with a wide range of statutory and non-statutory services/agencies.
Although previous experience of working in the community is not essential, it is expected that the successful applicant will have the ability to adapt quickly to this specialist field of nursing. Candidates must have a passion to work with individuals who suffer from a severe & enduring Mental health problem.
