Full-time Junior Recruiters in London (September Starts Available!)

You will earn a competitive salary and be privileged to be a part of one of the highest commission structures in the market (and up to 50% commissions).

What we are looking for:

• The successful candidates must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment

• Any B2B sales, telesales or commission based direct sales would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to speak on the phone to cold call prospective clients/candidates
• Having good understanding of basic IT skills including Microsoft packages, Outlook, Google, sending emails and other related software
• Self-starter, able to work independently and show initiative, no previous recruitment experience required
• 6-month contract, with the intention to be taken on full time and/or promoted to Recruitment Consultant based on targets (our unique rolling promotional structure based on merit/targets achieved).

We have a unique incentive, with the potential for recruitment consultants to have multiple salary increases/decreases between £30,000 – £70,000 per annum (based on targets hit/performance).
