Full time Distribution Co-ordinator in Coventry

What are you going to do:

Do you have previous experience in either a call centre or administration centre? Become a Full time Distribution Co-ordinator in Binley near Coventry at a large manufacturing company! You will be working in the Dry Silo Mortar department, taking and scheduling of orders, liaising with external hauliers and much more! Check out some of your duties down below. You will get fully trained by the company.

• Taking and scheduling of orders to make deliveries in accordance with our service promise;
• Ensure that costs are controlled by using the right type of vehicle for the site access;
• Liaising with external hauliers to improve customer service and deliver a higher NPS value;
• Planning on excel the work schedule for each day, whilst liaising with Plant Supervisors to minimise plant shutdowns;
• Working proactively to establish the feasibility of customer requests in coordination with the haulier, dealing with any haulage queries that may arise;
• Management of late loads, including a timely notification of these issues to all relevant parties;
• Receive knowledge to understand other areas of the business to improve potential for further development.
