Our SAP team is focused on working with our clients to leverage these SAP innovations and create business value. We are looking for an individual with a proven delivery background who can assist our clients with delivering next generation SAP technology. 

Your key responsibilities
 
As a Manager / Senior Consultant within our SAP data practice, a large proportion of your time will be meeting with senior stakeholders of leading UK businesses. You’ll also be responsible for managing teams and delivering high quality work.

To be successful you will have:

• A passion for helping companies drive value from their data
• Strong data management experience
• Excellent communication skills
  • Communicating complex concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Capturing requirements and solution design
• Proven skills across advisory and technical implementation
• Strong domain knowledge in SAP
• Technical expertise and project delivery in at least one of the following technologies
  • SAP Master Data Governance
  • Data migration to ERP or S/4 HANA using SAP technologies
  • Integrating data across SAP and non-SAP landscapes using SAP Data Services or Data Intelligence
  • Data quality and cleansing projects using SAP Information Steward
• Technical expertise in any of the following areas may be advantageous but not essential:
  • Data engineering open-source frameworks (Python, R)
  • Experience of Microsoft data platforms
  • Prior functional experience

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering SAP data governance and migration projects
• Contributing to the success of the data workstream, from start to finish
• Supporting business development activities, client proposals and the SAP data go-to market proposition
• Modelling leadership behaviour and driving your own career path
• Training, coaching and supervise team members.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Experience with SAP data management tools and techniques, and the desire to learn and grow in this area
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build ‘Trusted Adviser’ relationships
• Deep expertise in data management and SAP’s data management solution portfolio
• Strong experience with Waterfall, Hybrid-Agile and Agile methods (eg. Scrum, Lean, Kanban) 
• Willingness to travel as required in relation to working at Client Sites on specific engagements    

Ideally, you’ll also have

• 4+ years’ experience in SAP delivery
• Relevant SAP certifications
• An understanding of the SAP roadmap and industry trends
• An appreciation and some experience with non-SAP solutions
