Do you have passion for all things IT? If so, join Elysium Healthcare's team as IT Project Support and make a real difference.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and supporting projects within the Continuous Improvements team. This is a team player role that will require drive and initiative. You will play an active role within the Team, updating the service management tool and managing requests, organise meetings, prepare documents and materials. This role would be ideal for someone wanting to eventually progress to a PM/BA role in the future.
In this role, you will assist in establishing processes and building relationships with the wider business. We are looking for a confident, organised and proactive individual who possesses strong communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Your responsibilities will include:
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
- Elements of Business Analysis, Project Management and Testing
- Coordinating project deliverables with internal and external staff
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good communication skills to fit in with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of IT System Administration
- Good time keeping
- Good organisational skills
- A friendly can-do attitude
Where you will be working:
The role is mostly remote, but there will be occasional site/office visits to suit the business needs. Elysium Head Office is situated in Borehamwood which is commutable from St Albans, London, Luton, and Watford. There are excellent railway transport links with a 25-minute train journey to London Kings Cross Station.
