Part-Time Remote Design Manager For Youtube Channel in London

What are you going to do:

We have an exciting design opportunity for an innovative designer seeking a management role. We are looking for someone with good design knowledge, excellent management skills and creativity to help run a design team for a network of YouTube channels.

We're a super chilled team with no set hours, apart from a few scheduled weekly meetings in the day. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and hungry to grow, as there is enormous scope for development within the network - The main channel gains around 30mil+ views monthly with over 1.3mil subscribers.

• Knowledge of Photoshop is essential
• 3D and Game Engine knowledge is desirable
• Knowledge of Youtube Thumbnails is essential
• Must be able to help improve designs and processes
• Must be able to hire and train designers
• Must have an excellent eye for reviewing thumbnail designs
• Must be organised, proactive and communicative

This is a remote, part-time contractor role of circa £1k/pm
