In support of this vision, this knowledge management role will see you provide high-value content, community and culture products and services across the Strategy and Transactions service line. 
 

The opportunity


This is a front-line position where you will deliver world-class knowledge management products and services to Strategy and Transactions alongside opportunities to contribute to cross-domain programs. You will engage in mentoring more junior team members to empower them to deliver consistently to a high standard and share ideas that support continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration. 
 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Delivering knowledge management products & services for agreed Strategy and Transactions priorities
  • Collaborating effectively across Knowledge and with stakeholders
  • Engaging in cross-domain programs and transformation projects that contribute to increased business impact and the evolution of knowledge management products and services
  • Strongly supporting the consistent use of world-class methods and standards and coaching more junior colleagues

To qualify for the role, you must

 

  • Have knowledge management experience and able to demonstrate a robust understanding of knowledge management approaches and their application
  • Be able to articulate the value knowledge management brings to the business and drive buy-in and sponsorship from the business
  • Have strong executive presence and demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships at senior levels
  • Have a consultative/innovative mindset and a teaming approach to service delivery
  • Be a strong project manager with a track record of leading complex programs and projects to achieve milestones and objectives
  • Be professional, confident, credible and an enthusiastic team player able to work effectively across functional teams and domains
  • Have the ability to communicate and influence effectively to lead change
  • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Have advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

What we offer
 
The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary range/s.
 
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $101,900 to $184,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,300 to $210,100.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
