The Role
We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Central London office. This full-time position involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions and New build transactions
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in residential property law managing their own caseload
- Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
- Strong client relationship management skills
