Position: Senior Associate or Legal Director, Employment team

Location: Leeds

Salary: range from £100- 150k, DOE

  • Global policy and procedure development
  • Restructures, redundancies, and TUPE
  • Disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Employment aspects of corporate transactions
  • Multi-jurisdictional projects and Employment Tribunal litigation

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years’ PQE and a strong background in employment law. You should be:

  • Confident managing complex matters independently
  • Skilled in both contentious and non-contentious employment work
  • Experienced in cross-border projects and Employment Tribunal litigation
  • A strong communicator with excellent academic credentials
  • Motivated, commercially aware, and client-focused
  • A team player who enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and engaging in business development
