Laird and Good Company is seeking a driven and strategic Artist Agent to join our London team. This role focuses on managing and growing the careers of a select group of artists - specifically Photographers & commercial Directors - while developing new business opportunities across our wider agency roster.

You’ll be instrumental in nurturing talent, building meaningful client relationships, and securing standout commercial projects. While artist representation and sales will be your primary focus, you'll work closely with our in-house Production team to help guide projects from pitch to delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an agent or representative working with photographers, directors, or visual artists
• A strong understanding of the commercial creative landscape — including advertising, fashion, editorial, and branded content
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate new business
• Confident communicator — comfortable working closely with artists and clients alike
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent follow-through
• Collaborative mindset with a working knowledge of production processes
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar)
• Required to be in the office in London 50% of the time

Bonus:
