Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Early Years Educator Assessor. The Early Years Educator Assessor will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners through their qualifications, providing feedback, and ensuring the quality of training provided. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, mentoring learners, reviewing lesson plans, and delivering training sessions. You will also be required to attend and complete face-to-face observations, covering your own area.
Qualifications
- Lesson Planning and Education skills
- Strong Communication and Teaching skills
- Experience in Training and mentoring learners
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or equivalent experience
- Experience in the education sector and familiarity with SEND qualifications is a plus
