The Role

As a Corporate M&A Associate, you will be involved in a wide variety of high-value transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, venture financings and carve-outs. Working closely with a diverse client base including multinational corporations, private equity sponsors and sovereign entities. You will play a key role in drafting and negotiating core transaction documents and managing complex, multijurisdictional issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity deals and corporate reorganisations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documentation
  • Liaise directly with clients, senior counsel and opposing counsel
  • Work closely with international colleagues to deliver coordinated advice
  • Contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives


Requirements

  • NQ - 2 years PQE, qualified in England & Wales
  • Preference for candidates trained or retained by top-tier US or international firms
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex corporate transactions
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
