About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Associate Talent Sourcing Partner to join our high-performing delivery team in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide vital support to our Talent Sourcing Partners across a broad range of specialisms—including Underwriting, Claims, Change & Transformation, Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, and more.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about recruitment coordination, candidate care, and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, best-in-class candidate experience while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic sourcing techniques and talent delivery for our clients across the insurance sector.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Talent Sourcing Partners to source candidates across multiple insurance-related d disciplines
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, and our ATS to connect with top talent
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, supporting with interview scheduling and interview feedback coordination
- Format CVs and coversheets, ensuring consistency and quality across all submissions
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS, always ensuring 100% data integrity
- Screen high volumes of applicants to identify qualified shortlists
- Support on talent pooling, candidate management, referrals, and internal applications
- Assist with market mapping, reporting, and other recruitment-related tasks
