Residential Property Conveyancer - London (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing law firm in London seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of residential transactions while enjoying hybrid working and clear prospects for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds, and legal documents with precision.
• Conduct Land Registry applications and title checks.
• Advise clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT).
• Handle shared ownership and new build purchases.
• Liaise effectively with estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to progress transactions smoothly.

Your Profile:

✔ 1-6 years' experience in residential property conveyancing.

✔ Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced paralegal qualifications desirable but not essential.

✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

✔ Confident communicator with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
