Compensation Benefits Specialist in City Of London

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join a luxury retail brand on a 12-month FTC. Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will be responsible for benefits administration, vendor management, salary benchmarking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day benefits operations across the EU and LATAM, ensuring accurate enrollment, renewals, and compliance.
• Manage relationships with external benefits providers and brokers to ensure service quality, resolve issues, and review service levels.
• Act as the liaison between our HRIS platform and external vendors to streamline data flows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation and benefits metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking surveys, analyse and present findings to support pay and benefits positioning.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in compensation and benefits roles, ideally supporting multiple international regions
• Strong knowledge of benefits practices and compliance within the EU and LATAM
• Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms, as well as external benefit providers
• Excellent analytical, communication, and vendor management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

This is a 12-month FTC which could go permanent, based in London, hybrid, offering £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
