DIGITAL/WEB SPECIALIST

£40,000–£50,000

LONDON – HYBRID (4 DAYS A WEEK)

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, global education group known for acquiring and developing premium private schools. With a fast-paced and ambitious culture, they’ve recently centralised their web infrastructure and are investing in performance and optimisation across their digital estate.

THE ROLE:

As Digital/Web Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a Drupal-based website platform covering multiple schools globally. You'll be responsible for ongoing site optimisation, with a strong focus on CRO, SEO, UX, and the use of automation/AI tools to drive performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimise a large-scale Drupal web platform
• Lead web performance improvements through CRO and A/B testing
• Own and execute on SEO strategies to improve visibility and engagement
• Use analytics to inform UX decisions and content improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, and content teams
• Implement AI or automation tools to scale performance where possible
• Manage agency or small in-house resources as needed

YOUR SKILLS:

• Strong experience managing large web platforms (Drupal a plus)
• Proven capability in CRO and web analytics
• Strong SEO knowledge and data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving environments
• AI/automation experience is a bonus
