Harmonic are delighted to be exclusively representing this dynamic, values-driven Publishing House on an exciting journey to recruit for a Head of Client Services. They are delivering impactful, insight-driven content for global clients with ambitious growth targets and a clear vision, they're looking for a Head of Client Services to lead, inspire, and drive excellence across their client partnerships and internal teams.


This pivotal role is perfect for a leader who loves autonomy, is commercially astute, and thrives on making a measurable impact on both team performance and client satisfaction.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Lead the daily operations and development of the Client Services team, with up to 15 direct reports.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting client satisfaction or team performance.
  • Own, report on and define critical KPIs.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming their key strategic advisor.
  • Optimise resources and tools to maximise efficiency and client value.
  • Set clear strategic and commercial initiatives to driven revenue and improve customer experience


Who you are:


  • Proven track record leading high-performing Client Services or Account Management teams, ideally within fast-growing, commercially-driven environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to demonstrate clear business impact and strategic thinking.
  • Experienced in driving team KPIs, improving client experiences, and launching strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Highly ambitious, proactive in personal development, and passionate about achieving results.
  • Charismatic communicator, capable of inspiring teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Agency or Publishing experience.

Salary: £70k - £80k


Location: London (flexible working up to 1 day WFH after probation)
