Conference Producer in London Area

The Alliance is looking for an Conference Producer in London Area

Job description

When it comes to communities, The Alliance is leading the way. Product marketing, sales enablement, product-led growth, finance, customer success, CMOs, you name it, we’re home to thriving communities for them all.

Our pioneering conference production team deliver market-dominating events across the tech, marketing and finance industry. They bring together leading minds to share the latest trends, challenges and opportunities facing companies, the tactics and tools needed to drive results, and a forum to make meaningful connections.

Join them and you’ll develop your research skills, flex your commercial acumen and nail project management. If you’re craving hands-on business experience within a high-growth B2B start-up, there’s no better place.

The role

We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Conference Producer who wants full ownership of their products, from concept to delivery. You'll be leading the charge on developing market-leading events that serve the needs of our communities, solve real challenges, and deliver value for attendees, speakers, and sponsors alike.

You’ll hone your communication and stakeholder management skills through high-level speaker recruitment, and work within cross-functional teams to bring your event vision to life, and gain direct experience on-site.

What You'll Do

  • Own your event projects end-to-end, taking full responsibility for their success, from research and content curation to delivery and post-event wrap-up.
  • Conduct market research and community engagement to identify industry trends, audience needs, and strategic opportunities.
  • Lead speaker outreach and engagement, securing thought leaders from global brands like TikTok, Microsoft, Peloton, and Uber.
  • Design compelling agendas, formats, and experiences that drive attendance, engagement, and sector relevance.
  • Act as the command centre of your events, coordinating with marketing, sales, and community teams to deliver top-tier products and achieve ambitious commercial goals.
  • Develop strong communication and leadership skills while motivating internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
  • Manage event websites and contribute to promotional content, including copywriting, video scripts, and social media.
  • Be on the ground at in-person events, supporting world-class virtual experiences.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to expand your role, take on new markets, or lead teams as you progress.

This might be for you if…

  • You’re a natural relationship builder and a confident and articulate communicator
  • You have great research skills, can grasp complex topics and spot business trends.
  • You want the chance to take ownership of tasks and see them through
  • Seeing the results of your hard work and how it affects business outcomes excites you
  • You’re commercially minded and curious
  • You are willing and proactive in learning, and with a can-do attitude
  • You're ambitious, and entrepreneurial and enjoy working towards targets
  • You're highly organised - you’ll be juggling several ongoing projects week in, week out. Accuracy and professionalism are essential.
  • You’re a team player - success doesn’t happen in a vacuum, we need everyone to be rallied around the same goals and help each other to achieve them
  • Highly structured corporate schemes don’t appeal to you- a fun, fast-paced, supportive, and social team is more your speed.
