A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to take the lead as Head of Conveyancing at a well-established high street firm in East London.

Recently acquired by a progressive firm based in Berkshire, this practice boasts a loyal client base and a longstanding reputation for quality yet is now ready for a fresh chapter—with plans underway to modernise systems and processes across the board.

About the role:

• Lead a small but dedicated team (Legal Executive + Admin support)
• Oversee a busy caseload of residential conveyancing work, 60-80 active files
• Bring fresh ideas to help modernise the department—transitioning from paper files to a case management system
• Champion process improvements and play a key role in reshaping how the department operates
