Human Resources Officer

Are you a dedicated and ambitious HR professional who is looking for a new challenge?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within Human Resources and join a growing and vibrant school in Manchester.

You will join a supportive team of colleagues and contribute to the development of the HR function within the school and trust to provide quality HR support.

If you have experience of working in HR, preferably in the education or public sector, we would like to hear from you!

Human Resources Officer:

• You will be able to provide a comprehensive and professional HR service including leading on casework, restructures, employee relations and support to leaders in people management.

• Research, develop and update Trust HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with

employment law.

• Contribute to the development and efficiency of the HR/Payroll system

• Help to analyse HR metrics and data to support the production of reports for the leadership team

• Support with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff

Salary depending on experience - £26000-£35000.

We are open to hearing from people with a range of experience from HR support to managers as we have a number of opportunities starting in September.
