Risk & Compliance Training Coordinator


One of our prestigious US law firm clients is recruiting a Risk & Compliance Training Coordinator to join their London office, to provide high-level departmental support to the Risk, Compliance, and AML team on an initial 12-18 month fixed-term contract.


  • Salary to £50,000 + excellent employee benefits, including free meals/snacks/refreshments
  • 12-18 month fixed-term contract
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours
  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)


Risk & Compliance Training Coordinator Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the Risk & Compliance inbox and coordinate the team’s calendar, including the calendar of the Director of Risk and Compliance
  • Organise and manage internal training sessions for all staff, including Associates and Partners
  • Maintain attendance registers, records of Firm-wide Risk, Compliance and AML training as well as Practising Certificates records and related administrative support
  • Conduct introductory training for new departmental joiners
  • Note taking during team meetings and training sessions, process expenses and invoice processing
  • Prepare terms of engagement and engagement letters, including updating internal guidelines, practice notes, and policy documents
  • Liaise with international offices to diarise departmental matters


Risk & Compliance Training Coordinator Skills & Requirements:


  • Previous experience within training organisation in a fast-paced law firm
  • Educated to degree level in law
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially strong Excel skills
