HR Associate, Operations | Private Equity | London

£60,000 – 70,000 | Permanent | Hybrid

Are you a detail-driven HR professional with a passion for operational excellence? Frazer Jones is proud to partner with a leading Private Equity firm in the search for a HR Associate to join their dynamic Global HR Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where your expertise will directly impact the employee experience across the UK, Europe, and APAC regions.

Role Duties:

• Own the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and internal moves to offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like SM&CR.
• Maintain and update HR policies, documentation, and operational trackers.
• Support global HR initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across 500+ employees worldwide.
• Stay ahead of the curve on local labour laws and their impact on HR practices.

Ideal Experience:

• Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within Private Equity, Financial Services, or Professional Services.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• A process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
