We’re looking for an experienced reinsurance and analytics professional to lead a high-impact team focused on delivering exceptional data and insights for a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across the EMEA region.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of reinsurance, reporting, technology, and governance, and enjoys driving strategic improvements in how information is produced, analysed, and used.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience within the (Re)Insurance market with proven experience presenting reinsurance data
• Strong technical understanding of reinsurance arrangements and financial reporting
• Experience managing teams and delivering process improvement initiatives
• A proactive and analytical mindset, with a strong grasp of MI tools and data presentation
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and translating complex data clearly
