I’m currently working with a respected regional law firm looking to appoint an experienced to join their .

This is a full-time role handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Shared ownership

• Transfers of equity

• Adverse possession claims

• More complex residential transactions

:

• Up to three days hybrid working

• Strong leadership and well-structured, CQS-accredited team

• Genuinely supportive culture focused on high-quality client service

:

• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown)
