Conveyancer – Lincolnshire

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000

Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire

Firm: Regional firm

Experience: 2 years fee earning

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Oculus Legal Group are working with a very well established regional firm looking an experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of our property law services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
• Ensure all transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using our case management system.
• Provide exceptional client care and maintain strong client relationships.
