Digital Advertising Lead – B2B Google & Meta Campaigns
Company: Harmoney
Harmoney is seeking a Digital Advertising Lead to take charge of our B2B performance campaigns across Google and Meta. You'll lead strategy, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns focused on demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and client acquisition.
What You'll Do:- Plan and execute full-funnel B2B ad strategies on Google & Meta
- Drive qualified leads, demo bookings, and client conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROAS
- Collaborate with design, content, and CRM teams to align messaging
- Own performance reporting and insights for stakeholders
- 3–5 years managing Google Ads & Meta Ads for B2B or SaaS clients
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys, targeting, and attribution
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, etc.
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Lead campaigns with direct impact on business growth
- Remote-first culture and flexible schedule
- Work with a forward-thinking team focused on measurable results
