The Opportunity


We're looking for a detail-driven and motivated Coordinator to join their Early Careers delivery team, working with one of their top-tier clients in the media and technology space. You’ll be at the heart of graduate and intern recruitment campaigns, with a particular focus on roles in technology, cybersecurity, and software development.


This is a fixed-term opportunity ideal for someone eager to develop their career in recruitment and programme delivery. You’ll be part of a high-impact team helping shape future talent pipelines and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.


Key Focus Areas


You’ll play a crucial part in the candidate journey, from initial contact to onboarding and beyond. Working closely with Talent Partners, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Organising and running selection days, including logistics, communications, and scheduling
  • Monitoring application inboxes and responding to queries in line with agreed service standards
  • Providing constructive post-assessment feedback and maintaining accurate candidate records
  • Supporting engagement initiatives to keep candidates excited and informed throughout the process
  • Ensuring all compliance and eligibility checks (including visa documentation) are carried out accurately and efficiently
  • Issuing contracts and assisting with onboarding workflows
  • Collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and knowledge-sharing projects across the company


What You’ll Bring


  • Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player
  • Willingness to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement


Additional Info

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract (covering parental leave)
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working with regular in-person collaboration at our client’s campus
  • 3-month probationary period
  • Casual dress environment
