Electronic Records Coordinator – US Law Firm

Location: City of London (near St Paul’s) | Salary: Up to £55,000 + Hybrid Working & Excellent Benefits


A prestigious US law firm is seeking an Electronic Records Coordinator to join their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced records or information governance professional to take on a pivotal role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.


The Role

Reporting to the Regional Records and Information Governance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of electronic records across the London office. You will also be responsible for ensuring physical records are digitised and integrated into the document management system, enabling the creation of complete, fully electronic matter files.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage records in their original electronic format.
  • Digitise physical records into the firm’s document management system.
  • Support lawyers and business services teams with information governance best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with firm-wide records management policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Regional Records team to implement and maintain consistent processes.


About You:

  • Previous experience in records, information governance, or document management within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of electronic records management principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to liaise effectively with both legal and non-legal staff.
