Your Role Will Involve:

Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or 1:1

✏ Assisting with literacy, numeracy & creative learning activities

Providing tailored support for children with SEND (training provided)

Encouraging positive behaviour & building strong relationships

Gaining hands-on classroom experience – perfect for future careers in teaching, educational psychology, counselling, SEN or youth work

What We’re Looking For:

Degree (2:2 or above)

A genuine interest in working with children

✨ A proactive, patient and reliable approach

A desire to learn and develop in an educational setting

(Experience working with young people – tutoring, mentoring, holiday camps – is beneficial but not essential!)
