Role: Creative Services Specialist

Location: HARIBO Castleford (hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)

Working hours: 38 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: Competitive (plus an annual bonus)

At HARIBO our in-house design agency, The Den, helps our brands grow the category through new product developments, packaging innovation and impactful POS. We’re on the hunt for a Creative Services Specialist who’s not just organised, but visionary. Someone who can transform workflows, influence stakeholders, and scale creative excellence without ever compromising quality.


What you’ll do

  • Be the strategist: Shape the way we plan, prioritise, and deliver creative work, aligning resources with business priorities
  • Champion studio culture: Help build an environment where the team feels supported, deadlines are achievable, and best-in-class work can shine
  • Bridge the worlds: Translate brand ambitions into actionable creative briefs that hit the mark
  • Lead with impact: Coach stakeholders on effective briefing and feedback, while negotiating timelines with authority and empathy
  • Drive results: Define the KPIs that matter, measure our impact, and continuously evolve how we work to stay ahead of the game


What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record in creative operations or services management, ideally in FMCG or agency settings
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on project and resource management expertise
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, you know how to win trust and get alignment across teams
  • Deep knowledge of design production, studio processes, and print
  • The resilience, agility, and problem-solving mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
