What you'll do:


  • Managing the full conveyancing cycle: From taking instructions, preparing and submitting legal documents (contracts, letters, Land Registry, HMRC forms) to handling exchange and completion.
  • Title Checking: conducting thorough title checks (Freehold AND Leasehold), in order to make informed decisions, avoid potential legal problems, and ensure a smooth property transaction
  • Due dilligence: ensure that the best interests of the client, any mortgage lender and Dezrezlegal are adequately protected.
  • Client & Third-Party Communication: Liaising with clients, third parties, and colleagues to ensure smooth progress of all matters.
