Role: Junior Systems Specialist

As they continue to scale their infrastructure, they are seeking a Junior Systems Specialist to support the backbone of their compute and storage platforms.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity within a highly technical environment, perfect for someone early in their infrastructure career looking to develop in a world-class engineering team.

As a Junior Systems Specialist, you’ll:

• Help manage and scale distributed compute and petabyte-scale storage systems
• Install, manage, and monitor Linux (RHEL-based) environments
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the full stack
• Build tools and automation scripts using Python, or Bash
• Work closely with engineering teams and vendors to resolve infrastructure issues

The ideal candidate will have:

• Up to 4 years of experience in a Linux systems/infrastructure engineering role
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Ruby
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
• Interest or exposure to observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
• A passion for learning and improving in high-performance environments
