Permanent Role: Quantity Surveyor

Up to £50,000 to £80,000 p.a plus benefits dependant on experience

A career progression opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor that is seeking a new role based in the Gloucestershire region. This role gives a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with Groundworks experience to join a £100m turnover business and join a thriving region.

The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business.

Duties:

Optimising contract profitability

Provide quotations to clients for variations

Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks

Accurate monthly cost and value reports

All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks

Time management skills and meeting deadlines

Experience in value engineering

Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
