Position Overview:

• Full-time, on-site position based in Islington, London
• Comprehensive on-the-job training to develop world-class social commerce expertise
• Performance-based bonus structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Host daily LIVE shows to drive sales and audience engagement
• Prepare thoroughly for LIVE shows, including product research, studio setup, and format rehearsal
• Take ownership of LIVE show performance metrics and outcomes
• Stay current with evolving TikTok LIVE trends and best practices
• Demonstrate confidence and professionalism on camera
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous live streaming or presenting experience preferred
• Creative mindset with ability to think innovatively
• Strong enthusiasm for content creation, e-commerce, and the startup environment
• Passionate about building and engaging online communities during LIVE shows
• Natural comfort and charisma in front of the camera with excellent audience engagement skills
