About the Company
We are looking for Project Superintendent / SPM and oil export facility, candidates with similar experience only should apply, work location is offshore platform based with rotation.
About the Role
Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the SPM system, ensuring efficient performance across platform and buoy systems, and consistently maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the maintenance of both the platform and buoy systems, including preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance, to ensure optimum system performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for platform systems, buoy systems, and associated equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
- Coordinate diving and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) operations, ensuring safety and technical efficiency during subsea inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Supervise tanker mooring, unmooring, and loading operations, ensuring safe and effective vessel handling and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising safety or quality.
- Oversee all platform operations and maintenance, ensuring coordination across departments like instrumentation, commissioning, control, and field operators, while managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system, reviewing daily reports, and updating the master system to maintain smooth and safe operations.
- Liaise with senior project managers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth coordination of operations, address concerns, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Oversee procurement of spare parts and materials, ensuring the timely availability of resources to support ongoing and planned maintenance activities.
- Conduct periodic audits and inspections of the SPM platform and buoy systems, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports detailing maintenance activities, inspection results, performance issues, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
BSc in Mechanical Engineering
