Corporate Lawyer: 3 - 6 PQE in City of London

Job description

We are working on an exciting new role with an exceptional offshore firm that is looking to add to their top tier offshore corporate team.

The work includes a broad mix of complex, cross-border corporate, funds and financing transactions - representing many of the largest funds, banks, PE firms and corporations across several other sectors, alongside the top onshore firms.

They are consistently ranked in tier 1 in all major legal directories and have offices in several major financial centres.

Requirements:

• You must be a lawyer qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
• 3 - 6 PQE with experience working in the corporate, funds or finance practice at an international law firm or top local firm.

Please note: you will be based in the London office but will work primarily on cross-boarder transactions with an Offshore element.
