About the Role

Are you passionate about people, progress, and performance? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Trainer / Training Manager who can lead from the front — inspiring learners, mentoring trainers, and making every session count. This is your chance to combine hands-on delivery with leadership — shaping the future of industry training while managing our top-notch trainer pool.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited and non-accredited courses (ECITB, CITB, City & Guilds, Qualsafe, First Aid, Confined Space, Fire Safety, and more).
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associate trainers.
• Keep us audit-ready with awarding bodies and quality standards.
• Partner with our Marketing Team to make training look as good as it feels — through social media, campaigns, and events.
• Innovate! Bring digital learning, blended delivery, and fresh ideas to the classroom.

Qualifications

• Recognised Teaching/Training qualification (AET, Cert Ed, PGCE, etc.)
• Current ECITB approvals (CCNSG or similar)
• Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH General Certificate)
• Experience managing trainers or training centres
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisation skills
