Are you an experienced Audiologist looking for a rewarding role with a great work-life balance?
We provide patient-centred audiology services across three Southampton sites, offering expert hearing, balance, and wax removal treatments. Our goal is simple — to make high-quality hearing healthcare accessible to everyone.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of a friendly and supportive audiology team, you’ll use your clinical expertise to perform both standard and complex hearing assessments, ensuring patients receive the best possible care. You’ll also carry out home visits across Southampton and West Hants — so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering expert audiological assessments in line with clinical best practice.
- Maintaining and calibrating audiology equipment.
- Providing a warm, person-centred approach that respects each patient’s needs.
- Keeping accurate, timely records within patient systems.
- Conducting home visits to deliver outstanding care in the community.
- Participating in ongoing CPD and training opportunities to develop your clinical skills.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate professional who is committed to delivering high-quality audiology care.
Essential criteria:
- BSc/MSc in Audiological Science (or equivalent qualification).
- BAA/BSA Part 1 & 2 certification.
- Membership with RCCP, BAA, HCPC, or other recognised body.
- Strong IT and data management skills.
- A collaborative, patient-focused approach to care.
- Understanding of Data Protection, Infection Control, and Health & Safety.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Why Join Us?
- Supportive, team-oriented environment that values collaboration and professional growth.
- Excellent training and CPD opportunities to advance your career.
- Work across three excellent facilities plus community settings.
- Free on-site parking at all locations.
- The chance to make a real difference to patients’ lives every day.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your audiology career and join a forward-thinking, patient-focused organisation, we’d love to hear from you!
