Location: Gatwick

Salary: £25,000 + commission (£35k-£40k)

The Role - 180 Consultant

• Focus on resourcing and delivery (no business development initially).
• Clear pathway to grow into a full 360 recruitment role if you desire.
• Competitive salary: £25,000 base + 5% commission per placement.
• Average placement fee: £17,000.

Training & Development

• One-on-one support from senior consultants.
• Structured on-the-job training with basics sessions.
• Regular team meetings focused on delivery skills and growth.

• Background in Science or related fields is desirable but not necessary
• Competitive, driven mindset with a good memory and a love for teamwork.
• Lifestyle: Enjoys fitness or walking culture, motivated by success.
• Personality: Resilient, curious (asks great questions), and collaborative.
• Bonus: Driving license (helps with commuting).
