Permanent Fleet Lead - Liverpool (Hybrid remote working)

Salary Up to £57,500

A Fleet Lead is needed to help deliver a game-changing Bus Franchising programme within the Liverpool region!

With over 400,000 daily bus journeys serving as a lifeline for communities, a shift to a franchising model will bring services into public control. This game-changing move puts power over fares, routes, and timetables directly into local hands, creating a bus network designed for the people, by the people.

We’re searching for a Fleet Lead to join the Operations Team, driving the development and delivery of the fleet strategy that will underpin the successful rollout of bus franchising in the region.

Key experience required:

⭐ Proven ability to build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders and partners

⭐ Bus Fleet management expertise

⭐ Data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making

⭐ Experience evaluating commercial tenders in transport or related sectors

⭐ Strong understanding of the transport operator business environment

⭐ Track record in delivering fleet strategies that offer value for money, encourage modal shift, increase patronage, and support net zero goals
