The B2B Marketing Lead will take ownership of all B2B marketing activity, shaping campaigns that attract and retain mission-driven partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to design and deliver strategies that inspire action and deliver measurable results.


Role Highlights

– Lead the planning and delivery of inbound and lead-generation campaigns that meet annual KPIs

– Own the B2B marketing roadmap, budget and reporting across acquisition and retention funnels

– Manage and develop one direct report, supporting growth and high performance

– Build impactful sales enablement materials to accelerate conversion and onboarding

– Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns, content and partner communications


You Will Need

– Strong B2B marketing background with proven growth results

– Confident working with CRM platforms (HubSpot desirable) and data-driven decision-making

– Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on campaign delivery

– Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills for senior and mission-led stakeholders

– Data-led marketer who loves numbers
