Residential Property Lawyer – Northampton

Oculus Legal Group partnered with a well-established law firm in Northampton who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding team.

As part of a collaborative and supportive environment, you’ll handle a mixed caseload of both freehold and leasehold matters, from instruction through to completion, delivering high-quality service to a loyal client base.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE, or alternatively possess 6 years’ relevant conveyancing experience
• Have a proven track record of managing their own caseload efficiently and independently
• Demonstrate sound technical knowledge across all areas of residential conveyancing

You’ll also be able to:

• Show a thorough understanding of CQS compliance and best practice standards
• Work well under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Bring strong organisational and IT skills, including experience using case management systems (desirable)
