Learning And Development Specialist in Slough

Trinity Resource Solutions is looking for an Learning And Development Specialist in Slough

Job description

Are you passionate about learning, love getting the details just right, and thrive on bringing training to life?

We’re on the lookout for an L&D Specialist who blends precision with creativity — someone who can keep learning systems running flawlessly and create engaging, impactful training experiences that make people want to learn more.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) within a respected, quality-driven organisation based in Slough — and trust us, it’s an opportunity worth grabbing.

The Role

As our Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of everything training and development:

  • Keeping our LMS accurate, current, and compliant
  • Ensuring training and credentialing records meet ISO13485 standards
  • Supporting and enhancing training programmes, onboarding, and leadership development
  • Designing and maintaining engaging e-learning content (EasyGenerator experience a plus, but not essential!)
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business — HR, QA, and beyond — to build meaningful L&D partnerships
  • Playing a pivotal role in global L&D initiatives and helping shape our future learning culture

This isn’t a role where you’ll just “manage admin.” You’ll be a true partner in shaping how learning happens across the business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not big on rigid checklists — but we’d love you to bring:

✅ Experience in an L&D, HR, or Training role at Coordinator or Advisor level

✅ A flair for accuracy and a passion for compliance (LMS experience a big plus)

✅ An eye for design and creativity when it comes to developing training materials

✅ The confidence to build relationships and networks across teams and regions

✅ Bonus points for ISO experience or an understanding of working in regulated environments

CIPD or formal qualifications are great — but not essential.

What’s in it for You

  • Competitive salary
  • 34 days holiday (including public holidays)
  • Private medical & cash plan
  • Generous pension, Life Assurance, and Perkbox
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the Slough office)
  • Supportive, collaborative team that values curiosity, growth, and flexibility

Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll be joining a business where learning really matters — where compliance meets creativity, and your ideas can truly make an impact.

Whether you’re refining data in the LMS, building engaging e-learning, or supporting onboarding for new hires, your work will shape how people grow, learn, and succeed.

If you’re the kind of person who gets a buzz from making learning meaningful — and enjoys getting the details spot on — this is the perfect role for you.
