The Role
As a Graduate Business Administrator, you will work closely with the Sales Management Team, providing essential support across daily operations and strategic projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries, meetings and travel for senior team members
- Coordinating internal and external events across the UK and Europe
- Preparing reports, presentations and communications for stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the onboarding of new team members
- Assisting with CRM updates and reporting (Salesforce)
- Supporting workshop planning, documentation and project tracking
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth running of the Sales Team
What You’ll Bring

- A confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
- Professional, discreet and able to work with colleagues at all levels
- A degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is ideal, but all motivated graduates will be considered

Location
