Web Designer - £30-40k

Crawley - 2 days per week in office

My global media & marketing client requires a talented and motivated Web Designer to support the design and development of their web platforms.

Playing a pivotal role in UX and UI design, the Web Designer will collaborate to create and design solutions by translating design ideas into intuitive interfaces that optimise user journeys and enhance digital presence.

Duties

- Conducting user research and analysing data and user feedback

- Creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows

- Applying UX best practices for usability and accessibility

- Presenting designs and gathering feedback

- Testing and optimising designs using tools like Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights

- Troubleshooting and fixing front-end design and code issues

- Designing responsive, high-quality UI layouts

- Developing designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

- Converting designs into clean, semantic HTML & CSS (SASS/SCSS preferred)
