HR Advisor - Opportunity to Grow your HR Experience in Slough

Your new role
Your role as a proactive HR Advisor will be to support the full employee lifecycle. Acting as deputy to the Head of People & Culture, you'll manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, L&D and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for HR queries and employee relations
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Monitor statutory training and support L&D initiatives
• Liaise with payroll and ensure accurate monthly submissions
• Hands-on involvement in HR projects across Reward, Performance Management and L&D
• Development and advancement of the HR system.

What you'll need to succeed
*HR generalist experience, ideally in hospitality or a customer-facing environment
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Strong experience with HR systems
