About the Role:

You will be responsible for end-to-end of early careers hiring and academic engagement, ensuring best-in-class experience, showcasing TCS’s people, culture & technology through attraction & engagement activities, recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with TAG Head, Business teams on demand generation for Early Careers including apprenticeships, interns and graduates

• Planning and execution of the academic engagement calendar for the year

• Co-ordinating and collaborating with on-boarding, HR BP and project team on induction, project placement and training

• Project management and planning for student contest like CodeVita, Sustainathon - outreach, student engagement, finale event planning, liaison with the challenge partners

• Create and maintain reports on hiring trends, diversity etc

• Planning and execution of academic network engagements like Career fairs, Business Challenges, Insights Weeks and others

Work with different stakeholders like Innovation team/CSR and others on design and execution of student work-experience program

• Focus on different and innovative talent attraction


About You:

  1. Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential.
  2. You’re an experienced recruitment professional, ideally with exposure to IT and international hiring, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  3. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to develop your expertise in a global setting.
